How do I buy Equifeed horse supplements via this website?

What are your postage and handling charges?

Our postage and handling rates are calculated on the most economical way to ship to your area. These costs are calculated at the time of purchase and are based on order weight and delivery location. If you are interested in ordering in bulk, please contact us directly for freight costs.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We will dispatch your order within 2 working days of payment being cleared.

Can I cancel my order?

If necessary, you may cancel your order provided we receive notification before your order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

What is your returns policy for online orders?

We are unable to accept returns if you change your mind. We can only accept returns in circumstances where the goods are damaged or have been misdescribed. Goods must be returned unopened to enable a full refund of the product cost only.
